Lütfü Er is a designer and an illustrator from Turkey. In spite of the fact that he has always loved drawing from childhood he studied management in Anadolu University. However he has never give up following his dreams and never lost his passion about design and drawing. After a few years from graduation he started to work as a graphic designer in an advertising agency. Nowadays he works as an art director in an agency and also continues working as a freelance illustrator.
For his personal works he generally inspires from people and their inner conflicts. He likes details and hides some details in his illustrations which can not be seen at first glance. He believes that in this way they become deeper and wait for being discovered. Although he has a unique style he does not have a fear of change hence he always tries new things and tries to reflect them to his works.
As an illustrator he has found a chance to work with two different publishing house Redhouse Kidz and Tudem for drawing illustrations for children’s books. He went on to the finals in many competitions and his illustrations were exhibited in different cities and countries. In 2019, he won the second prize in KFC Turkey 30th Year Bucket Design Competition.
